Having lived in various countries around the world, with a career path as a psychologist and an organization development consultant, Dr. Namin’s business acumen and communication style has been shaped through the influence of various cultures spanning from her work in the Far and the Middle East in Asia, to Africa, Europe and the Americas. Dr. Namin’s research has shown that job related skills, experience and academic training don’t predict success. She believes that emotional intelligence yields the highest level of personal success. Having studied psycholinguistics, she has intricately composed the elements of successful communication. She has designed her speaking engagements to be a form of Art rather than just a mode of passing information, as many use it. Not every speaker is able to captivate the hearts of the audience. As a dual trained doctor of Industrial/organizational and clinical psychology, she has served as an executive coach, counselor and organization change agent within various government and private organizations around the globe. She works tirelessly to solve mental health and communication dilemmas that effect the global landscape.
