Unleashing Your Potential

We believe mastery over thoughts and emotions is the greatest challenge in life.  Yet, equally, it is also the pathway to power and freedom.  Although we all strive for peace, we are not born with strong Emotional Intelligence. We have to learn it and therefore, possessing strong communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, and relationship building skills are similar to muscles in the body that need exercise to grow and get stronger.    Emotions such as fear, doubt and hurt quickly lead to anxiety, anger, depression, isolation, relationship issues, performance issues, absenteeism, avoidance, aggressiveness, bullying, misconduct, and addiction if we don’t strive to master emotion regulation.   Life has it’s challenges, and we all have to deal with stressors such as time management, responsibilities, disappointments, hurdles, disagreements, and personality differences.  But, this does not mean we have to suffer because of them.

Emotional Intelligence is different from the typical intelligence we know as I.Q.  It is able to be bettered through practice and training.  By evaluating and guiding you through a strategic and structured process, we can help you find the intelligent solutions you need for your prosperity.   Life is too precious to live in doubt and stress.  Let us help unlock your highest potential by removing the greatest obstacle in your life called yourself.  Let us design a more Emotionally Intelligent You!

Our Center was founded by Dr. Farnaz Namin, Ph.D. in 2007. As a researcher and Practitioner in both clinical and Industrial/Work psychology, she has designed the most effective programs for our clients.  Conflicts such as employee absenteeism, turnover, productivity, work-life balance, motivation, as well as interpersonal or family dynamics, finding and keeping love, sexual orientation, gender, or sexual performance, marital discord, divorce, parenting or co-parenting, bullying, weight management, eating disorders and loneliness are emotion related pains.  They cannot be avoided nor can they be dealt with effectively, if the tools are simply not there.  This is precisely what we aim to help you address. In learning about our services, and trying the tools for yourself, you will discover that no problem is too great and no solution is beyond your capabilities.

The difference between Good vs. Great is usually in making very small changes in behavior.  Just ask yourself:

“What would my life look like, only if I had the tools to communicate more effectively?”

Who is our typical Client? Creating Success Together

Our clients are everyday citizens that are simply not willing to accept an unmanageable life anymore.  They are not psychopaths, sociopaths, or jerks. They are open and honest folks who have learned that trying the same old way, will only bring them to the same place. They don’t want to just go about blaming others for their outcomes.  They know they deserve more.  They have made a commitment to growth.

Our blindspots don’t make us good or bad people.  They make us human! The fix is truly within the skill set of every one of us. We just have to want it enough to search for it and discover it.   Dr. Namin will help you become aware of your blindspots, and help you replace old habits with conscious and effective new habits instead. Through our programs you will :

  • Recognize the perceptions and emotions that guide your behavior
  • Recognize your dysfunctional patterns
  • Recognize the map to other’s way of thinking
  • Foresee signs of conflict
  • Communicate with clarity and purpose
  • Address the false emotions and perceptions that guide your behavior
  • Break down the pitfalls before they stumble you
