The Leadership program is designed to be offered both as a seminar training program as well as for a one-on-one coaching proecss.
Both programs are designed with the busy schedules of the physician in mind. A physician leader who wants to complete the process, now no longer needs to attend a weekend trip away from family and work and can instead become a graduate locally here in Central Florida in the shortest amount of time. For your convenience, coaching sessions are conducted via the telephone, in person, or Skype. Appointments are set for the same day and time of every week so you can organize them into your schedule.
We also offer 1- or 2-day intensive on-site or off-site meetings for those motivated physicians who want to make significant improvements quickly. The coaching is designed to help you re-order priorities, take time to assess your career and personal life, and take action. Despite the uncertainty that frequently accompanies change, we have designed this program to highlight invidual values and develop your leadership style the way you envision it. The goal is to create a values-based action plan designed to take you in the direction you desire.
