The Center for work life coaching process offers five steps to support real behavior change. Center for work life coaching begins by:
1) measuring a client’s skills
2) raising awareness
3) working together to complete an action plan
4) support, guidance, and accountability for maintenance
5) preparation to continue making progress independently
The Program Offers all of this:
The Mental X-ray (MXR) will identify mental game challenges as analyzed through the Custom analysis TM, which will serve as a guide to developing your Think Like a Winner Playbook.
- 8 one-hour onsite visits with Dr. Namin-Hedayati herself to kick start your program.
- 3 hour Field observation to view Game Challenges in Person
- 5 Intermittent sessions of additional coaching to stay committed to your Playbook (55-minute sessions).
- Unlimited email/telephone correspondence with Dr. Namin-Hedayati herself to get answers to immediate questions/concerns
