On the other hand, an executive or business owner may be experiencing burnout, or a lack of engagement due to a trauma or shake in confidence and it is holding them back.  In this case, a leadership coach may be just the right prophecy that helps them gain new insight and regain that clarity and fresh perspective that could get them that promotion, that formidable life altering  set of new actions for new results.
